Sara, a Pittsburgh native, and Corey, born and raised in Houston, crossed paths at a Grateful Dead cover band concert in Houston, Texas, on August 11, 2018. Their shared love for music sparked a connection that only grew stronger over time. When they later adopted their beloved dog, they named her Ripple, after the iconic Grateful Dead song, as a heartfelt tribute to the moment their journey together began.
